GetWololo Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your YouTube channel name, channel ID, and email address. We store this to manage your account and credits.

How we use YouTube data

GetWololo uses the YouTube API to:

• Read your video metadata (titles, descriptions) to identify videos that need chapters
• Write updated descriptions and chapters to your videos, only when you explicitly click "Push to YouTube"
• Scan your channel's video library to generate optimization reports

We never modify your videos without your explicit action. We never access your subscribers, comments, playlists, or analytics.

Data storage and retention

Your YouTube OAuth tokens are stored securely on our servers. Your conversion history (URLs processed, descriptions generated) is stored in our database. We retain this data for as long as your account is active.

Revoking access

You can revoke GetWololo's access to your YouTube account at any time by visiting Google's security settings. You can also request deletion of all your data by emailing rob@en-place.ai.

Third-party services

GetWololo uses the YouTube API Services. By using GetWololo, you agree to be bound by the Google Privacy Policy. We use Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic's AI for content generation. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

Google API Services User Data Policy

GetWololo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
